Mobil 1 in an escavator? I'd hate to have to pay for that every 300hrs. How much oil do those things take? The only upside to working at JiffyLube is that Mobil 1 is a great price. Free.

Slow - 5W30 will not be a problem. As for the escavator application, yup, they tried a bunch of oils and found that Mobil 1 gave them the longest drain intervals (until we came to town!). at about 60 gallons per drain you need to get the most out of it
