I've tried searching for this problem but only result in CSV NOT working posts.

I came home tonight and after i shut the car off, i hear a buzzing sound from the motor area.
OK, tracked it down to what i'm fairly sure is called the cold start valve.
It's buzzing away with the key off/engine off ???

I know this is supplied from the starter through the thermo time switch.

Any ideas why it would be running constantly?

Also, where can i purchase the little relay under the passenger seat? Is this relay for the frequency valve or for the O2 sensor?
Mine is all rusted away and most rpobably no good.
