Had a buddy from Bellingham bring down some Elk, I think. It'd been hit by a logging truck, so he took out a chainsaw and had at it; brought pieces home, and pan-fried them. Maybe it's the same kind of meat as Caribou, but regardless, we just used salt n' pepper. It was damn good!
I've also had reindeer sausage in Anchorage, but hell of those Eskimos were going to tell me how they season the stuff.
