Hate to clue you on this Don, but Oregon is one of the 7 states that issues driver's licenses to illegal aliens. Along with every license, an "honor system" voter's registration is handed out, postage pre paid. By honor system, I mean the card is filled out, "yes" is checked next to the "are you a citizen" question, and mail it in. ALL elections in Oregon are by mail balloting. Meaning, the ballot arrives in the mail, it's filled out, then mailed back. But..our Secretary of State assures the press that only citizens vote in Oregon...that he has found no evidence of fraud.
I think it might help if he actually looked for some, but what do I know?
