The Inver Grove Heights area isn't bad either, its a quick jaunt right up 52 to downtown St Paul.
I miss the area as well especially the outdoor hockey rinks.
Unless something has changed, its not the easiest to get a CCW in Minnesota, and the county I lived in you need to a Permit to Purchase a handgun.
