I took it to the guy who messed the windshield up...turns out that he used some water spot remover on it...and left it..and it etched the window glass. Tried more water spot remover, didn't work. Then used glass polish (pink stuff) and buffing wheel (don't overbuff and get too hot as it could break glass). After four tries, you can still see the streaks but it's much, much better. I'm going to buy some glass polish and finish it myself. I'm never going to a detail shop again. He came highly recommended but he was really not good.
