I dont want to haul my 24 foot enclosed trailer 1400 miles to pick up a 911 tub. Do you think I can fit it on top my truck box? I was thinking of running some 2*10's across the top of the tub box, nailing a 2*4 underneath so the 2*10's dont slide from side to side, then sitting the tub on top of that. I have 4 tie down straps rated at 3000lb each. Im guessing a tub with a cage weighs 700lb?
Good idea, bad idea? Been done before?
The truck is a 2005 F*350 so the truck can handle it.
Unless someone wants to earn a few bucks and bring me the tub from Vegas to Alberta, Canada
