I don't use e-mail notification myself.
You can either write things down on a Post-It note, or click your own profile and click "see all post by this user" to see your most recent threads.
Mul is not on my ignore list, I just ignore him and skip his posts.
He does know how to stink up a thread, ignore him and maybe he will go away.
