I will second Farmer. I have never actually used him for my car because I do all of my own work. But, he is always willing to talk about Porsches (at GREAT length!) and is VERY knowledgeable about 911's and 944s. My dad takes his 911 to Terry Heath at Euromotorworks. They are also very good but pretty expensive.
