We purchased a large piece of equipment from a private company on a 3 year balloon setup...well three years ago. Anyway, the balloon is due next month.

The balloon is $145k and the equipments used value is $250k with a new price of $400k.

I would like to kill two birds with one stone here if I can. I was thinking a lease back for $250k would get me the capital I need to clear a rough patch we've had recently as well as catch up on some (exorbitant)property taxes.

Any advice/thoughts?
