If a man were really searching for OBL.....he certainly would not want his photo posted all over the internet....and only a real ass would bring attention to it.
Most people with sensitive positions, whether they are civilian or government...do not post their photos on the interent...much less if their name is posted there or their employer...typically that is a realm reserved for nutbags.
