Its funnyhow different places in this country affords you different scenery. I am looking at the route through the hills thinking how cool it is taking for granted my route to the beach and back.
I cannot run, I have a bulging disk in my back and a scoped knee, getting old rocks!! So I bike 10.3 miles 2 times a week and 5 miles 3 times a week. On the 5 miles days I head to the gym and work out too.
10.3 Mile ride to beach and back (5.15 miles each way)
My 5 mile ride is 4 laps around this mall, the Gym in off to the north of the mal and shares the perimiter road. At 6:30 in the morning I have this place to myself.
