Kennedy won in '60. He was Irish-Catholic.
And Powell, if he were to announce now, would still be one hell of a force to run against.
The beauty about Powell is he isn't like the usual others, mostly because he doesn't (firstly) look dull, pasty and otherwise WASPY like the others, thank goodness.
