Actually the judge on this case is going to make his ruling this Friday. What he's going to be ruling on is not whether the test should be thrown out for good, but whether this years seniors who couldn't pass the test should be given diplomas since its the first mandatory year requiring students to pass the test in order to get their diploma, not future years.
But I agree with you, 100% especially since my son, in his words "easily" passed it in the 10th grade and doesn't have to take it again.
