maybe it is sitting at his local post office????
my regular mail carrier knows if I'm not at home to not leave it on the porch in the rain. they leave one of those pink slips and i can pick it up the next day.
of course if there is a sub they can't even figure out to put it in the dog house right next to the front door
too bad UPS is a pita...bet they might rethink postage cost, now that it is somewhere in nowhere land
