I paid 7K for mine in 2004. It had a fairly recent trans rebuild, a ratty interior, some paint flaws, many little problems and neglected areas, many poor previous repairs and cob jobs.
I ended up rebuilding the engine, new clutch, new interior including headliner and window seals and a whole lot of other stuff. I have put about 7K into it thus far.
