my mom went to see it and 'just loved it'. but when you were raised on wayne, jim stewart, yul brenner, richard whidmark, glen ford, gary cooper, eastwood, duvall, costner..i'm just not sure i'd enjoy it so much. but mom insists that it isn't anywhere close to a true 'western'. i'm open-minded towards other people and their lifestyles for sure, but if i do see it, you can bet it will be on a dvd that someone else rents!
