That top one is a hovercraft alright, be it a low performance one that I've never seen before. Looks like it might be nice and quiet though, typicaly you have to were hearing protection just like at the shooting range.
The bottom one says it's a sub, I feel like I have a 70's era buzz just looking at it.
Please provide a link, I'm interested in what else is at that site.
