B of A has some of the worst trained employees I've ever encountered in a commercial bank. Notoriously inconsistent, and basically every branch has a different intrepetation on how to handle a given situation. I've gotten frustrated at one B of A, only to go to another and have them say "no problem" and simply cash out.
