If voting made a significant difference in Constitutional government, elections would be canceled. Voting merely gives the state a method of claiming legitimacy, better results will be obtained by boycotting elections in even greater numbers than now. Voting is not a ticket into the complant line, that is a part of the intrinsic right of free speech, another absolute right.

No, that's not true. Reagan is increasingly seen as a mediocre president at best, and better than what we have now; hell, Carter was a better president than what we have now.
America desparately needs a "none of the above" choice coupled with a super majority requirement for all offices.
