I have a copy of Kenneth Ball's service book for the 365 A, B, C, Autobook 1957-65, published by Autopress Ltd. and dated 1971. Its in good condition with no rips or stains, but it is separating from the cover slightly. I'm asking $35 shipped to anywhere in the continental US.
