As everyone has already said...it's the battery box and when it's the battery box, it will NOT make the front floor wet, only the back one....unless it gets really deep. The second thing is as already mentioned to make sure the sunroof drains are not plugged. I am not sure which part of the rear window seals Slam was referring to but there are two problems that occur here. First is the rubber seal between the hatch and the car body but mine has a problem where the window for the rear hatch is coming loose from the window frame and water is running in there. Seems to be a very common problem for this car. You can do a search on my previous posts and find one that covers this repair extensively. Still haven't done it yet but thanks to the smart folks here I now know how.
