I have banked with BofA for over 15 years now (since it was Nation's bank...then bought by BofA) and have never had a single problem with them. Now, I do my business with the military bank so maybe that makes a difference, but I still deal with the standard BofA branches...

This reminded me, the way I landed at BofA many years ago was when they bought Security Pacific, and ruined it in short order!
I also had almost forgotten the abysmal encounter with BofA Mortgage. They were totally inept. Thank god we had a backup lender lined up.
