We flew to the Bahamas last weekend (actually 5/11/06) and when we approached the security checkpoint we were singled out. The TSA officers were VERY interested in my 12 y/o son. They made him step into a bomb sniffing mackine (actually my whole family) and then they searched his backpack (nothing was searched for the rest of us) and sniffed the entire backpacks contents for a bomb.

None of this upset me at all I am glad they are on top of things.

I am just curious if anyone heard anything about the possiblility of a 12 year old kid being the deliverer of an airborn bomb.
