First, what are you doing at home? Watching the gay pride parade?
Second, do you think you have enough information to call the mayor of another city a moron? Would that be based on (notoriously stereotypical) national news reports, and political attempts to discredit him during Katrina?
Consider that the people who live there and best know what's going on chose him.
