Can't help with the CA recomendations, but I would start by searching for California colleges, and finding out which ones offer both an aviation and business program. Flying is great, I can't wait until I can afford to start lessons, but hedging your bets with a business degree is an excellent idea. I suggest CA schools because out of state tuition is a nightmare. If that's not an issue, then you should have a LOT of options.
