I hear you. Adjusting toe isnt hard, it just takes time to set it all up.

If it were me, I would not have paid for anything except the price of the adjustment itself. I would mention that it would not be of any concern to me to call the local media and have them speak to the manager.

I'm also a pretty intimidating fellow when I need to be.
