Or, go on eBay and buy a "OEM version" for cheap . . .
Or, find someone who has a volume license copy of Win XP, which doesn't need to be activated/registered and thus can be installed on any number of machines . . .
Or just shell out the $280 for heavens sake - aren't you a prosperous doctor? J/K
