LOL it would have to increase by more then 3 times to get even close to the US overal murder rate...
the numbers are so low , that any small fluctuation will cause a rise... anyone who knows anything about statistical interpretation will tell you that's to small to attribute to anything as specific as one law beeing insteaded for gun control...
