Not saying its OK, just getting a handle on who gets to look into criminal acts by congressmen and senators. Doesn't the Judicial prosecute congressional wrong doers, like Cunningham from San Diego? I'm guessing your position would be no. I see your point about separation of powers, but if not the FBI then who looks into the congressional criminal acts? You haven't answered that one.
