Don't quote the Bible to make a scientific argument. If God created everything, then God created science. Wouldn't God be pissed at us if we didn't use science to explain our beginning, and the creation of the universe? So, USE THE TOOLS AVAILABLE TO US! [end of rant]
The Christian Bible is the correct one. Throughout history who has been more blessed? Christians or Muslims? The Apostle Paul doesn't talk like the Muslims (descendants of Hagar) are blessed. And like math or science it all comes down to first principles that you cannot prove (just like the existence of God) but still know to be true and that you can build on.

Exodus 3:14

God said to Moses, "I am who I am . This is what you are to say to the Israelites: 'I AM has sent me to you.' "

Galatians 4:21-23

"Hagar and Sarah

Tell me, you who want to be under the law, are you not aware of what the law says? For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the slave woman and the other by the free woman. His son by the slave woman was born in the ordinary way; but his son by the free woman was born as the result of a promise."

Genesis 21:9-13

And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, which she had born unto Abraham, mocking. Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son: for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac. And the thing was very grievous in Abraham's sight because of his son. And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called. And also of the son of the bondwoman will I make a nation, because he is thy seed.

2 Timothy 3:16 (King James Version)

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness
