My only thought is that the state website isn't up to date?
My buddie, who's in tops & upholstery dealing 99% with local car dealers warranty work, took it originally to a dealer (not Porsche) he does a lot of work for several years ago and was told "Ah, sorry man - you gotta take this to a smog-only place".
So that's what he's been doing for the last 2 or 3 tests and each smog notice since his first test there has stated he was due and it had to be done at a smog-only emissions test place.
That's what he's been doing every two years. When he took it in a month or so ago, to the same state certified smog-only place he'd been taking it, he recieved the "Attention" note on his paperwork - to his surprise & delight, because he didn't even bother to ask, being sure that 75 was the cast in bronze cut-off date.
Damn government!
