Back in the 60s"black english" began catching on where I grew up as a "separate but equal" endeavor. The black community , well at least the kids, wanted to be able to speak in their own dialect as a protest against white society. As such its ,at best poorly spoken english, at worst its...well...poorly spoken english.
And if you show up at my office for an interview speakingthat way, you don't get in. You can code switch on your own time. not on mine.
