The truth of the matter is every generation has youth that says/does things different than their parents did, and the parents whine and cry about the "world falling apart." Then these kids grow up and have kids, and their kids come up with new lingo, and in the 2000s, these original youth whine and cry but now it's fashionable (but inaccurate as hell) to blame it on "liberalism".
30 years from now, the colloqualism will be different, and these hip-hoppers of today will be whining about those kids........
