Is that actually measured or sticker? My VW Jetta (6 cylinder) says 29 mpg highway for a manual and my best in 2 years of ownership is 22 mpg and that is driving conservatively and highway for most of the tank. I suppose if you drive like a grandma and shift early, you might be able to hit 29 mpg. Otherwise not such a great idea.
