Why try and close the gap, if there is one??? IQ has nothing to do with equal OPPORTUNTIY. Thats all the LAW should require.
As to actual OPPORTUNITY, well thats pretty much realted to whats called the old boys club. Always has been, always will be. All minorities need is more good old boys. To get them, all they need is patience, IF the LAW is equally applied. Thats ALL should be shooting for, nothing else.
