Riddle:
Three guys are travelling and stop at a motel. The clerk says the room is thirty dollars, so they each cough up a ten. Later, the clerk realizes he charged the weeday rate, but it's a weekend.....so the room should have been $25. He hands the bellhop five ones. The bellhop explains th situation to the guys in the room. They notice that three does not go neatly into five, so they each take a dollar, leaving the bellhop with a two-dollar tip. Therefore, the guys each paid nine dollars for the room.
Problem: Nine times three is 27. 27 plus two is only 29. Where did the other dollar go?
