Gee, keeping convicted child molesters & rapist aways from kids
I guess thats a bad idea.

Gee, do you think these convicts considered their victims "rights" as they violated them? I think not.
IMHO, I have no problem with their restrictions.
Maybe they should place even stricter guidelines on them. Or better yet, toss their arses back in prison.
