Ok I in the process of buying a car unseen, I just got the PPI back.

1.. Left Front Fender, Left Rear Quarter, Rear Bumper Repainted - repairs are OK, 7.5 on a 1-10 scale

2. Left Front Headlight Washer Broken - replacement suggested
3. Chain Case Cover Gaskets Leaking - replace gaskets (common)
4. P/S Pump/cam seal leaking - replace seal & p/s belt (due to oil on it)
5. Transmission Front Gear Housing Leaking - very minor (common) - replace gasket
6. Rear Tires at Wear Indicators, Fronts - ok, but noisy - suggest replacement of all


Now what i want to know is i understand that 2 - 6 are common and looks like the dealer will fix them before selling.. what i want to know is that the car is being purchased $2k above the Kelly Blue book. Now the fact that there has been some paint work bothers me... not sure what to do... Buy/walk or renegotiate...
