Hard to remember that the key is on the left in a panic.

No pics of the carnage yet, but it is really ugly. I guess I should consider myself lucky on one point. The fuel lines to the carbs were pulled tight when the engine moved back. If they would have come loose the car might have burned down on top of all the other trouble.

I'm wondering if you can cut the tube at each end where they meet the chassis, or does a replacement job have to replace the tube all the way through the chassis to the ouside where the spring plates are???
