A lot of Rotary guys are using Corvette ignitions when switching to stand alone. The ignitor and coil are intigrated and compact.

Thanks, No major damage. I was rolling the engine stand over to the lift and it ramp up on a little piece plastic and tilted over. Luckily it landed on a metal table, which kinda broke the fall.
I think the GM system is similar setup to the Ford EDIS system I'm using. Basic wasetd spark system.
Yep john, its virtually the same as the 745i turbo motor except it doesn't have oil squiters in the block.
