Andy that dewalt should do it. They make pretty solid tools.
I have worked construction practically my whole adult life.
I would not say are the best. I work for a concrete foundation company. We use Hilti hammer drills and chipping hammers.
They are more expensive but they hold up in the long run.
If you only have this one project to do the dewalt should be okay
