It's interesting to read about the people held at Gitmo who are not considered "enemy combatants" but who cannot now be released anywhere.

A couple of the people captured in Afghanistan had previously been imprisoned by the Taliban, accused of trying to kill Osama bin Laden. Kind of ironic that we then imprisoned them for 4 years before deternining that there's no place we could send them -- so they are still at Gitmo.
