Thanks!!! Lots of good advice! He is going back to his boss today to make a presentation to include a demand for a pay raise and written guarantee for vesting. You'd think what would work out for the company to be worth up to $20M over product life would be worth paying him for his time and energy.

And yes, the retirement income is significant enough to worry about and includes medical benefits after 65.
