1970 MFI Problems
Need advice on determining my fuel injection pump is bad. Purchased the car which had been sitting for about 5 years, gas had gone bad, I drained the tank and fuel filter and put in a can of injection cleaner. Car runs but not well. When I removed the gas lines into the pump it appeared to have no gas coming out of it to the injector. I removed the side panel and the first of the 3 springs was moving but not the other two. Sprayed everything again with cleaner hoping it might work itself out. Any advice on the next step to free the pistons in the pump?
