Out in Malibu, law enforcement is contracted out to county sheriffs. Well, every damn one must have a Harley because riding one is practically a free pass. Noise, equipment violations, blocking traffic, turns and lane changes without signalling, 'joke' helmets; nothing seems to be a violation. Sport bikes, on the other hand are a big target.
