Coupler bushing failure
I was down shifting to 4th and heard a snap, the next thing I knew all the gears were in different places and reverse was getting "knicked" too often. Having read a bit about it I figured on the shift coupler bushing failure. Here's the results. At least it's a cheap fix. I plan on replacing and servicing everything else while I'm in there. Any hints on things to change or do. Ball cup, coupler bushings etc.
