Well, you got your money's worth out of that bushing! You're on the right track.. change all the rubber/nylon in there. Don't forget the shift rod sleeve (O-shaped bushing the shift rod slides/rotates in) under shifter housing. I think you're gonna notice a huge change in the feel of your shifter when you're done, judging by the wear on that coupler.
