Duly noted... we are buying a home that will probably need a new AC unit in the next 3-5 years. I had illusions of the AC failing in the first year of home ownership and the home warranty covering it. Darn... since the seller is paying for it, I guess I'll get it, but I won't expect ANYTHING to be covered.... aim low, avoid disappointment. I guess it's a CYA for the seller.
