Separation of church and state is nowhere in The Constitution Einstein. It talks about no laws restricting religion or establishing one. This is a freedom of speech issue, not a freedom from religion issue.
Read a story recently where the graduating class of a public HS wanted to recite the Lord's Prayer at their graduation. This was of course verboten accroding to the school. The kids went ahead and did it anyway, sort of a thank you Jesus, stick it where the sun don't shine to the school administration
